Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn, unless they are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at melissa.hansford@rocketmail.com with photos where possible.
