Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside of our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once your order has been delivered to the address provided.
Returns & Refunds (IMPORTANT)
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn, unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at our given email address, with photos where possible.
Your Consumer Rights (UK)
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to replacement or refund in line with UK law.
