Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, we will notify you by email.
UK Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
Posting will be made on a friday afternoon or saturday morning
Standard shipping 2-5 business days.
Tracked shipping 1-3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including postal delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
